But the native BTC doesn’t move at that moment.

Instead, the seized vault enters escrow. An approved arbitrageur later acquires it, and Bitcoin redemption unfolds through a challenge-based process that can take days.

In other words…

The interface says the liquidation is complete.

Yet only the Ethereum side has settled.

Bitcoin is still quietly following its own timeline.

That isn’t necessarily a weakness—it may be exactly what makes native Bitcoin collateral possible without compromising Bitcoin’s security model.
