$BTC ⚠️ Bitcoin Holder Loses Funds After Exchange Deposit

A long-term Bitcoin holder reportedly lost the assets in the account shortly after transferring BTC to a major Australian crypto exchange.

Reports suggest the attacker had access to the holder’s Google account for several months and allegedly obtained sensitive authentication information through cloud backups. The attacker then waited until the BTC reached the exchange before attempting the withdrawal.

According to the report, the exchange reportedly recognized the attacker as the legitimate account owner and approved the transaction. The holder later received a withdrawal approval notification during the night.
