Bitcoin just printed a signal I don't remember seeing before.

The Coinbase Bitcoin Premium Index has now remained negative for 77 consecutive days, breaking the previous record of 40 days.

Normally, this index reflects the gap between Bitcoin's price on Coinbase and major global exchanges. A sustained negative premium often points to softer U.S. spot demand or persistent selling pressure.

What makes this period unusual is that Spot Bitcoin ETFs have continued attracting fresh inflows while the premium refuses to recover. That raises an interesting question: are ETF flows telling the whole story, or is buying happening through different channels while Coinbase demand stays weak?

Markets rarely send perfectly clear signals. Sometimes extreme readings mark fear near a bottom, and other times they reflect deeper structural weakness.

I'm watching this divergence closely because it could become one of the more important signals of this cycle.

Do you see this as a long-term accumulation opportunity, or is it still a warning that more downside could be ahead? 👇
