Day 9 I asked WHO PAYS for verification? You voted.

Most of you agreed with Builder 1 - willing to pay extra to avoid fake.

So I did the math with the shop owner in Nansana today:

Real bag: 34,000 UGX (like in photo)
Fake bag: Looks same, but weak. You save 0 UGX if it fails, you lose:

- 34k cement
- 50k labor to break wall
- 100k new materials
- 1M+ if building cracks

Builder 1 said he lost 1.2M last year. That's 35 bags worth of loss for 1 fake bag.

Now DUSK model:
Factory mints proof = ~200 UGX per bag (less than 1% of bag price)
Builder scans QR = free, 5 seconds
Shop gains trust = sells more real bags

That 200 UGX is not cost, it's insurance. Like paying 200 to protect 1.2M.

And privacy part: DUSK shows bag is REAL (public proof) but doesn't show WHO bought it or WHERE. So factory can't track builder's clients. Buyer stays private.

Day 9 was who pays. Day 10 is: math shows even 1000 UGX extra is still cheap vs losing millions.
