#BitcoinRecoversTo$82K What if Bitcoin’s biggest problem isn’t $80K support, but the lack of convincing evidence that buyers are back?
BTC has recovered from below $80,000 toward $82,000. But I wouldn’t confuse a price rebound with a confirmed trend reversal.
Three data points deserve attention:
• October 7: US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $484.9 million in net outflows.
• October 14: Another $261.4 million flowed out.
• October 15: Net flows turned slightly positive at $5.1 million.
These figures, reported by Farside Investors, show how quickly ETF demand can change. One positive day is encouraging, but it doesn't establish a sustained inflow trend.
The macro backdrop adds another risk. US producer prices rose 1.3% month over month in September, the largest monthly increase since March 2022. That could complicate the inflation outlook and influence expectations for Federal Reserve policy.
Here’s my perspective:
A rebound tells us buyers appeared. Follow-through tells us whether they have control.
I’m watching three things:
→ Can BTC hold above $80K?
→ Can it reclaim $84K with sustained buying?
→ Do ETF inflows persist over several sessions?
If those signals strengthen together, the recovery becomes more convincing. If they weaken, another test of lower levels remains possible.
Neither $70K nor $100K is inevitable. The evidence has to lead the prediction, not the other way around.
Would you trust this recovery based on price action alone, or wait for sustained ETF inflows and a confirmed breakout?
