Binance Will Support the Komodo (KMD) Network Upgrade & Hard Fork

Fellow Binancians,

Binance will support the Komodo (KMD) network upgrade & hard fork.

• The Komodo (KMD) network upgrade & hard fork will take place at KMD block height of 2,588,672. Deposits and withdrawals of KMD will be suspended starting from 2021-09-27 11:30 (UTC).

Please note:

• The Komodo (KMD) network upgrade & hard fork will happen at KMD block height of 2,588,672. 
• The suspension time of deposits and withdrawals for KMD is for users’ reference only and is subject to change depending on block propagation times.
• The trading of KMD will not be affected during the upgrade.
• Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding KMD in their Binance accounts.
• The KMD network upgrade & hard fork will not result in new tokens being created.
• We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for KMD once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
