Binance Affiliates Introduces Loyalty Program: Enjoy Up to 50% Spot Referral Commission & an Additional 4,000 USDT Monthly!

Binance Affiliates is pleased to announce upgraded benefits for Binance Affiliates who sign up for the Binance Affiliates Loyalty Program. 

Effective from 2023-04-15 00:00 (UTC), all Binance affiliates who opt-in here and agree to promote Binance exclusively for at least six months will be eligible to enjoy an upgraded spot referral commission rate ranging from 42% to 50% and earn an additional 4,000 USDT monthly bonus.

Rewards Structure:

1. Earn Up to 50% Spot Referral Commission 

All affiliates in the Loyalty Program will be awarded a Binance-verified badge, and will be able to enjoy advanced benefits according to their badge.

• New trader refers to a new referral who registers with Binance using an affiliate’s referral link, completes account verification, and completes their first transaction on Binance Spot, Margin or Futures each calendar month.
• Trading volume by new traders: Total trading volume of transactions completed on Binance Spot, Margin or Futures by new traders.

All affiliates who successfully opt-in to the Loyalty Program will get a Silver badge by default. At the end of each calendar month, the Binance Affiliates team will conduct a monthly performance review for new joiners to determine if affiliates’ performance qualify them for a higher badge level and upgraded benefits. Affiliates that meet both the new trader and trading volume requirements for a higher-ranked badge will receive their new affiliate badge and upgraded referral commission before the 15th of the following month. 

2. Receive Up to 4,000 USDT in Additional Monthly Bonuses by Reaching Higher Goals!

Each affiliate in the Loyalty Program may also receive up to 4,000 USDT monthly if they reach the following stricter monthly new trader and total trading volume goals:

Quarterly Review: Evaluation of Loyalty Memberships

In addition to monthly performance reviews for the latest joiners to upgrade badge levels, existing loyalty affiliates’ badges and corresponding referral commission rates will also be reviewed and adjusted on a quarterly basis. The Binance Affiliates team will conduct a quarterly performance review on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of every calendar year. Users must maintain the corresponding quarterly requirements to retain their badges:

• In the respective quarter users opt-in to the Loyalty Program, users will enjoy a grace period of 90 days for their affiliate badges, in which they will not go through a quarterly review or be downgraded. During this grace period, eligible affiliates shall maintain a minimum 42% commission rate, and may be upgraded to a higher-ranked badge with higher commission rate at the monthly performance review. 
  • For example, if a user opts in to the Loyalty Program on July 30, 2023, their grace period will be from July 30 to  October 28, and the first quarterly review will be conducted on January 1, 2024.
• Users who meet the requirements of their current affiliate badge level in the quarterly review will keep the same badge and referral commission rate in the next quarter.
• Affiliates with a Gold badge or higher will be downgraded one level and receive commission from one badge lower if they fail to meet the requirements of their current level at the quarterly review.
• Silver affiliates who fail to meet both requirements of their current badge level will be offboarded from the Binance Affiliates Loyalty Program.

Terms and Conditions:

• All Binance affiliates who opt-in here for the Binance Affiliates Loyalty Program agree to promote Binance exclusively for a period of at least six months.
• The Binance Affiliates team will evaluate the content quality on affiliates’ social media channels or websites at monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Binance reserves the right to cancel above-mentioned benefits if any suspicious activity or abuse is determined, or based on overall performance.
• All Binance Affiliates who participate in the Loyalty Program continue to be bound by the Affiliate Program Standard Terms and Conditions. If Binance determines that an affiliate has violated the affiliate terms and conditions, Binance has the right to terminate the Affiliate or to withhold any benefits gained by the affiliate under the Loyalty Program.
• Monthly rewards will be distributed in USDT directly to eligible Binance affiliates’ Binance Spot wallets before the 15th day of every following month. Users can see their rewards by selecting Account > Wallet > Transaction History > Distribution.
• The period for each month is determined as 00:00 (UTC) on the first day of the respective month until 23:59:59 (UTC) on the last day of the respective month.
• Binance Affiliates will use the daily closing price of the currency to BTC exchange rate for the calculation of the trading volume requirement.
• All aforementioned benefits are an extension of existing Binance Affiliate benefits or rewards, and will not affect any existing Binance Affiliate benefits or rewards. 
• The Loyalty Program is not open to affiliates who already have existing benefits under their local affiliates program. Please check in with your local affiliate manager whether you are under a local affiliates program and eligible for the Loyalty Program.
• Broker accounts are not eligible for above-mentioned Affiliates Loyalty Program benefits.
• Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent referral account when participating in this Promotion.
• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Loyalty Program Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Exclusive Program, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of participants, and the timing of any act to be done, and all affiliates shall be bound by these amendments.
• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
