🚨 INSTITUTIONAL BACKING MEETS FUTARCHY AS $UMIA RAISES $6M TO REDEFINE TOKEN GOVERNANCE! ⚡

Smart money isn't just buying governance tokens anymore — they're bidding on direct legal integration and automated futarchy. 🦈 Galaxy Ventures and DCG just snapped up $UMIA in a 3x oversubscribed auction, signaling a structural shift in how onchain treasuries operate on Base.

With a $6M war chest locked into non-custodial decision markets and ex-Point72 leadership at the helm, the order flow narrative around real asset-backed utility is heating up fast. 💡 When institutional funds participate on identical terms with retail, momentum usually follows the strongest fundamentals. 📊

🤔 Will futarchy-driven decision markets become the new benchmark for crypto launches this year? 👇
