Boysamoun, aka, V a well-known Cambodia crypto influencer could face legal action, while Binance continues to promote his activities.

Promote of $DOP Presale
End of 2023, and early 2024 V had actively engaged in a $DOP token presale. Following his announcement on his Facebook page telegram channel, and YouTube (Later deleted his $DOP presale videos) many Cambodian people started to believing and invested heavily in this presale coin.
The presale price had multiple rounds starting from 0.01 to the final round of 0.089 per token. He continued to promote these token sale rounds and continued to earn a sum of commission from the DOP team (roughly 100-150ETH in return).

The $DOP Listing Disappointment
After multiple rounds of pre-sale and a promise to launch its token in Q1, the DOP team didn't deliver that promise. Coming to the end of Q2, with a lot of pressure from community members and pre-sale investors, DOP finally listed on multiple exchanges such as Bybit, Kucoin, etc on the 5th of July 2024. The listing announcement congrats from pre-sale investors, but the listing price prompted a huge disappointment.

According to AKHAM Intelligence, the DOP team raised more than $300M from pre-sale, yet the listing price was much lower than those who bought pre-sale. The top pre-sale price was 0.089$/token, while the listing price was only 0.016. At the time of this writing, it is down more than 40% to only 0.008$/token making many investors loss.
According to some sources, some Cambodian investors who bought pre-sale from his promoting faced huge debt problems and family problems. There is also a lot of hate toward V, or Boysamoun that Binance should consider why should continue working with him?

Boy Sa Moun, aka, V announced that Binance will invite him to the Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai which is ridiculous considering that he had no responsibility for his community and made many people lose and hurt. This should stop especially if Binance wants to maintain its reputation.
Consequence
His actions lead to many people's hurts and loss. The total amount loss to $DOP Pre-sale from Cambodia is estimated around $5M from Cambodian investors. His action will not go unnoticed. He will face legal consequences sooner than expected.
