Two of my own orders, one day apart, both completed.
📄 Yesterday: 2,000,000 VND at 26,281, received 76.03 USDT.
📄 This morning: 1,000,000 VND at 26,115, received 38.22 USDT.
📉 What changed
The price. 166 dong lower, about 0.63%. Different counterparty, different size, different day.
🔁 What did not
The same six checks, in the same order, both times.
🔐 The crypto sits in escrow from the moment the order opens. Nobody moves it while you decide.
💬 Every word stays in the order chat. If it is not there, Support cannot read it.
👤 Badge and completion rate before accepting, and the feedback percentage beside it. That second number is the one that actually varies.
🏦 The bank app itself, not the notification. A notification is not the account.
🚩 The sender name has to match. Different name, someone else paying, an account swapped mid order. Stop.
📁 Order ID and a screenshot of the chat, kept either way.
⏱️ Under a minute, both times. Less than the price gap is worth arguing over.
