He didn't sell. 843,775 $BTC still sitting there. Zero liquidation this period. He raised $544.5M through new $MSTR shares. Cash reserve jumped to ~$3.75B. This man doesn't panic sell, he restructures. The ATM engine only works when $MSTR trades at a premium. Right now that premium is under pressure. That's not "bearish on Bitcoin". That's a coin flip with extra steps if he keeps issuing shares at a bad price. Building cash reserve = protection against forced selling. Dry powder for when BTC or $MSTR gets cheap enough to matter again. Yes he did sell 3,588 BTC in July for $216M. Less than 0.5% of total bag. Rounding error, not a pivot. Narrative says "Saylor turned seller." Balance sheet says "Saylor turned patient." Big difference guys. The real risk isn't Bitcoin. It's whether $MSTR can keep raising capital on good terms. Watch that premium, not the buy-streak counter. PS. i am watching $MSTR premium to NAV closely, still holding #BTC on weekly DCA.... #Bitcoin #MSTR #Strategy #Saylor
