2021-10-21 06:23
Video Tutorial
You can withdraw NFTs and opened Mystery Boxes from Binance. However, you must complete Identity Verification first. If you haven’t completed Identity Verification, you will be prompted when you attempt to start the withdrawal process.

How to withdraw an NFT from the Binance NFT Marketplace?

1. Go to Binance NFT and log in to your account. Click [User Center] - [Collected] - [Withdraw].
2. You can view all your NFTs by [Collection View] or [Asset View].
Under [Collection View], you can withdraw several NFTs or opened Mystery Boxes from a collection at one go.
Under [Asset View], you can withdraw a specific NFT or an opened Mystery Box. You can also withdraw opened Mystery Boxes and NFT assets together at one go.

Withdrawing from Collection View

a. Select a collection and click [Confirm].
b. You will be redirected into a collection. Select the NFT(s) or opened Mystery Box(es) you would like to withdraw and click [Confirm]. Please note that you can select a maximum of 30 assets per withdrawal.

Withdrawing from Asset View

a. Select the NFT(s) and/or opened Mystery Box(es) you would like to withdraw and click [Confirm].
Please note that you can select a maximum of 30 assets per withdrawal.
b. Alternatively, visit the NFT listing page and click [Withdraw] directly.
3. After selecting your assets, the system will display the corresponding network in which they are kept. Please make sure you select the network’s native cryptocurrency in your wallet to pay the gas fee. The withdrawal fees are subject to change according to the network status.
Please note that the selected NFTs are on their minted network, you need to enter the corresponding address correctly or your assets might be lost. Please also make sure that you choose a wallet that is compatible with Binance NFT withdrawal.
4. Select the wallet address you would like to withdraw to under [Destination Wallet Address].
5. If you haven’t connected any wallet, click [Add a Wallet]. You will be redirected to the [Connect Wallet] page. Choose the network of your wallet and click [Confirm].
Currently, we support BNB Chain (former BSC) and Ethereum.
6. Select the wallet you want to connect. You may connect to MetaMask or WalletConnect.
For a detailed step-by-step guide, check out the wallet connection guides here.
7. Check the network and the destination wallet address and click [Confirm] to withdraw.
8. Once the process is complete, you can check the withdrawal records from [History] - [Withdrawals]. You can also check the withdrawal status here.
Note:
You can only select assets that can be withdrawn.
  • If the NFT or opened Mystery Box cannot be withdrawn, you will see [Withdrawal not supported]. It will be grayed out and cannot be selected.
  • If an NFT collection is being reported for inappropriate content, it will be frozen. You will see [Withdrawal not supported]. It will be grayed out and cannot be selected.
  • You can only withdraw NFTs and opened Mystery Boxes from the same chain. For example, when you select the network as [BNB Smart Chain], you won’t be able to select assets on the Ethereum network. Please change the network selection first.
  • When the asset is listed, it cannot be selected. You will see [Withdrawal is not supported when NFTs are listed].
  • If your account is banned or the NFTs/Mystery Boxes are banned, you can still withdraw the assets, but you cannot list or trade them on Binance NFT.

How do I see the NFTs in my wallet after withdrawal?

To see your withdrawn NFTs in your wallet, you might have to manually add them to your wallet first. We will use the MetaMask Wallet as an example.
Please make sure you are connected to BNB Chain when you add the NFTs withdrawn from Binance to your MetaMask Wallet. Please note that Metamask is only accepting unique NFTs (ERC-721) at the moment and not multi-edition NFTs (ERC-1155).
1. Open your MetaMask Wallet and click [NFTs] to go to your NFT library.
2. Next, click [Import NFTs].
3. You will be redirected to the Import NFT page. Paste the address of your NFT and the token ID in the respective fields. You can refer to this guide here to find your NFT contract address and token ID.
Click [Import] to add the NFT to your wallet. You will then see it in your NFT library.
