Binance System Upgrade Complete

Dear all,

Binance system upgrade is completed.  We will open trading at 7:00 AM (Beijing Time).  Before that, you can cancel your previous orders in Orders>Open Orders menu, to avoid price fluctuations that happened during our maintenance period.

If your IP address is located inside China, you will not be able to place new orders.  You can still cancel your previous orders.
