D-Wave Quantum stock does not have a cash buyout on the table. It was the buyer in its big 2026 deal, paying $250M cash plus $300M in stock for Quantum Circuits. QBTS then slid through January as investors digested the dilution.
In September, a CHIPS Act deal worth up to $100M with shares issued to the government sent the stock up over 5% premarket, before tech sold off.
Lesson: deal headlines move QBTS fast, but terms decide the follow-through. On Bitunix I skip the first hour after deal news, trade QBTSUSDT small with leverage 2x max and set stops first. Liquidation risk is high on 10% days.
Just my read. Read the filing before trading D-Wave Quantum stock on the headline.
What date is the next FOMC meeting? After the September 15 to 16 meeting, where the Fed hiked rates, the committee reconvenes October 27 to 28, 2026, and the decision lands on October 28. The final 2026 meeting is December 8 to 9, and that one includes a new dot plot.
Why it matters: the Fed just raised rates for the first time since 2023, and 16 of 18 officials projected another hike this year, so October and December are now live meetings.
On Bitunix I mark every FOMC date, trade $BTC smaller in the days before and keep leverage low. Fed days can trigger fast liquidations on both sides.
Just my routine. Put the next FOMC meeting dates, October 28 and December 9, on your calendar now.
Is BYD stock a good buy now? The case is split. Exports jumped roughly 86% in the first eight months, and several brokers kept Buy ratings in early September. But first-half 2026 profit fell about 20%, and shares sat near 30% below their 52-week high.
The next catalyst is the September 29 extraordinary general meeting, where holders decide on rule changes, board seats and a thinly explained asset pool plan.
I am staying small until the vote. On Bitunix I use low leverage on BYDUSDT and set stops before entry. The perp gives price exposure only, no shares or votes, and too much leverage risks liquidation.
Just my take, not advice. Wait for clarity after the meeting before sizing up on BYD stock.
Breakout traders got burned around the CLARITY Act vote. $BTC hit about $82,300 on September 3 but failed to hold, then sat below $77,000 into the September 15 Senate vote. When cloture failed, $ETH lost $2,500 support and $XRP broke below $1.40 and kept sliding.
The lesson: a coin-flip vote is not a trend signal. Buying ahead of it was a bet, not a breakout.
Before entering on Bitunix, I need a daily candle closing above resistance with volume rising, and I keep leverage low because failed breakouts can reverse into liquidation fast.
Not advice. With the Fed deciding on September 16, I expect more fake moves before a real trend now that the CLARITY Act has stalled.
