Bitget Protection Fund Moves 2,042.28 BTC to Hot Wallets After Withdrawal Portal Opens
On September 28, on-chain analyst Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa) monitored that after Bitget opened its BTC withdrawal portal, part of a 5,500 BTC protection fund was transferred in batches to Bitget hot wallets to prepare for withdrawals. According to BlockBeats On-chain Detection, 2,042.28 BTC have been moved so far, while 3,457.72 BTC remain on-chain.
The analyst said the tokens were transferred in advance and should not be equated with the actual amount withdrawn.

China Says It Agreed With U.S. on $30 Billion Tariff Reduction, AI Talks
According to CNBC, China said it reached an eight-point consensus with the United States that includes a $30 billion reciprocal tariff-reduction arrangement and the launch of a dialogue on artificial intelligence during President Xi Jinping's visit to Washington. The Chinese Foreign Ministry said the two sides also agreed to set up a trade council and extend the results of earlier talks in Kuala Lumpur. U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Wednesday that the world's two largest economies had already extended a trade truce by two months, giving them more time to work on a potentially larger trade deal. The three-day summit between Xi and President Donald Trump ended on Friday, and Xi has since landed in Beijing, Xinhua reported on Saturday. The ministry said the two sides will hold the next AI discussions in November and create a communication channel for AI-related incidents. It also said both countries agreed to support each other in hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders' meeting and the Group of 20 summit, and that they agreed Iran should not develop nuclear weapons and that no country or entity should impose transit tolls on international waterways.

NASA has just awarded $SPCX another $946 million contract to transport astronauts to the International Space Station, with missions planned through 2030.
With this new contract, SpaceX now has 17 total missions awarded by NASA for this type of transportation.
That brings the total value of NASA’s contracts with SpaceX to $5.92 billion.
In other words, SpaceX is further securing its position in space transportation for the years ahead. And when you look at how often NASA continues to award contracts to the company, the message is pretty clear.
On the market side, SpaceX’s stock surged after its IPO this year, getting close to $225, before falling back toward its IPO price and even below it.
It’s currently trading around $152.
It’s a stock I’m keeping a close eye on and gradually adding to my position.
Not financial advice, of course.
The company still has some fundamentals that make me a bit cautious, but personally, I consider the risk tolerable.
Because beyond the valuation, there’s Elon Musk, SpaceX, and more importantly, a steady flow of government contracts.
It’s a bit like the Palantir story with its government contracts: when the contracts keep coming in, it’s hard not to keep the company on your radar.
