Cela se traduit par un passage en mode retrait uniquement ou par une cessation progressive des activités.
Des acteurs comme Binance, MEXC, HTX ou KuCoin n'ont pas obtenu de licence MiCA à l'échéance mentionnée et doivent adapter ou suspendre leurs services dans l'UE conformément aux exigences des régulateurs.

Brazil's Chamber of Deputies has taken an important step in the fight against cybercrime.
A bill approved by the Finance Committee would allow courts to order the freezing of crypto assets held on exchanges, as well as traditional bank accounts, when an individual is under investigation for cyber-related offenses.
The proposal also seeks to increase the maximum prison sentence for certain computer crimes from 8 to 10 years.
This initiative is part of a broader global trend aimed at extending to digital assets the same seizure and freezing tools already used in traditional financial investigations.
