I've had an Echo account stuck in "investigation" for 2 months now. No updates. No timeline. Just radio silence.
When it comes to actual service and speed, Chinese platforms still run circles around these US exchanges. Less bureaucracy, faster resolutions, better UX.
If you're not forced to use Coinbase for fiat on-ramp or institutional custody, why bother?
Two reasons I'm not touching it:
