A one-block Ethereum reorg on Oct 31 wiped a credited 10 ETH deposit, a refund bug paid it out twice over, and the network paused. On Nov 3, nodes restarted trading on 10 of 13 chains. The bounce was double-digit, but three chains — BNB Smart Chain, Cosmos Hub and Solana — were still flagged at the restart.
