Most crypto projects once you strip away the buzzwords:

- "Revolutionary utility" = basic swap function
- "Ecosystem play" = copy-paste Uniswap fork
- "AI integration" = ChatGPT wrapper
- "Community-driven" = no actual product
- "Deflationary tokenomics" = exit liquidity design

The utility narrative is the biggest cope in crypto. 99% of tokens are just speculation vehicles with extra steps.

If the pitch deck has more slides than users, it's probably vaporware.
