#termmax
One thing I’m starting to understand about @TermMax is that it’s not just another lending protocol.
The simple idea behind TermMax is actually interesting: instead of dealing only with rates that keep changing, users can work with fixed-rate borrowing and lending for a set term. 📌
Why does that matter?
For me, predictability is the biggest point. If you know the rate and the maturity beforehand, it becomes easier to understand the cost of borrowing or the return you’re targeting. You can plan instead of constantly guessing where rates might move next.
TermMax also goes beyond basic lending with options and leverage-focused features, which makes the protocol worth exploring from different angles. 👀
I’m still learning the details, but I like protocols that try to solve a clear problem rather than simply adding more complexity to DeFi.
With $TMX TGE coming on August 25, I’ll be spending more time understanding the ecosystem and sharing what I find along the way.
What interests you more about fixed-rate DeFi: predictable borrowing costs or predictable returns?
