🔥 Frozen ETH isn’t a lost cause — it’s a legal lever that could free hundreds of millions for users.

📜 Aave has filed an emergency motion in New York to lift the restraining notice on 30,766 ETH (≈ $74 M at $2,404) tied to the Kelp exploit, putting #Aave and #KelpExploit back in the spotlight.

🌐 Unlocking that ETH would inject real on‑chain demand, nudging the #Ethereum narrative toward renewed DeFi confidence; with ETH futures funding at +0.0081% and a 45.4 RSI, the market is already showing subtle bullish pressure – a reminder that legal outcomes can shift cycle momentum. #OnChain

💡 Keep an eye on Aave governance updates and the ETH‑related futures OI ($5.58 B) – a rising OI plus positive funding often precedes price‑support moves, so consider adjusting your ETH exposure or staking strategy accordingly.
