Lundi chargé chez BlackRock : son ETF bitcoin IBIT a encaissé +665,2 M$ le 19/10, sa plus grosse entrée journalière de 2026 selon Farside. Le même jour, la firme déposait à la SEC un nouveau fonds, PBIT, qui limite les pertes en plafonnant les gains.

1/ Les flux. Les ETF spot BTC US font +526,7 M$ net le 19/10 (Farside), malgré FBTC à -83,6 M$ et GBTC à -54,9 M$. Pour IBIT, il faut remonter au 07/10/2025 (+899,4 M$) pour trouver mieux. Sur octobre, le groupe reste à -88 M$ net, IBIT seul à +854,7 M$.

2/ Le produit. iShares Bitcoin Managed Protection ETF (PBIT), dépôt 485APOS du 19/10. Il ne détient pas de bitcoin : des spreads de calls sur IBIT en trois tranches, plus des obligations court terme. Chaque tranche vise une perte max d'environ 10 % à l'achat, avant frais, en échange d'un plafond sur la hausse. Frais, plafond et bourse sont laissés en blanc. Effet possible au plus tôt 75 jours après dépôt, vers le 02/01/2027, sans valoir approbation.

3/ Le prix. $BTC a touché 83 100 $ lundi sur Kraken, puis clôturé à 81 844 $. Mardi 07:50 UTC : 81 440 $. Côté $ETH , les ETF perdent encore 103,3 M$ (ETHA -95,4 M$), 4e séance rouge d'affilée.

Mon avis : un afflux concentré sur un seul émetteur ressemble plus à une allocation institutionnelle qu'au retour du retail. PBIT va dans le même sens, BlackRock prépare la version "prudente" pour les conseillers que la volatilité fait fuir.

Deux pistes cette semaine :
- IBIT enchaîne une 2e grosse séance et BTC reprend 83 100 $ : le flux du 19/10 devient une tendance.
- Les sorties reviennent et BTC clôture sous 80 560 $ (plus bas du 18/10 sur Kraken) : c'était un one-shot.

Un ETF bitcoin qui coupe la perte à ~10 % mais plafonne la hausse : bonne porte d'entrée pour les prudents, ou bitcoin sans ce qui fait son intérêt ?
