Lummis: Senate could go into the weekend for CLARITY Act vote

Senator Cynthia Lummis (@SenLummis) said today that she believes the Senate will vote on the CLARITY Act before the August recess, telling Fox Business that lawmakers likely won't leave Friday and could work into the weekend to get it done.

Floor time still hasn't been formally scheduled, and the market structure bill needs 60 votes to clear the chamber. Polymarket now prices 2026 passage at just 16%, down from highs above 80% earlier this year.
