Binance has just opened up the permission to sell options. After the application was approved, I tried Binance’s options. The functions are only satisfactory, and the trading experience is not very good.
The following is the usage experience
1. You need to open a sub-account with more than 100,000 U to have the authority to sell options.
2. The supported currencies include BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP, and DOGE.
3. The margin for each leg of the open position is calculated separately. If building a strategy requires a lot of margin, there is currently only one margin mode.
4. You can only use USDT as margin. The liquidity is pretty good and transactions are easy to complete.
5. The unit of BTC options is 1 piece = 1 BTC. Please note that the minimum order is 0.01.
6. The handling fee is relatively expensive. Both taker and pending orders are 0.03%, and the exercise fee is 0.015%.
The current options function is still weak. The positions in the options and contract markets are already equally large, but this does not seem to be the key function of Binance.
