Crypto Beginner Tip- Day 2: What is Bitcoin (BTC)?

Bitcoin is the first and one of the most well-known cryptocurrencies. It allows people to digitally transfer values instead of relying on a traditional bank or central authority.

Bitcoin has a maximum supply of 21 million BTC. This limited supply is one of the important characteristics of Bitcoin.

For beginners, it's also useful to understand the Bitcoin candlestick chart. 📊

A candlestick shows how Bitcoin's price moved during a specific period of time. A 1D (1day) candle represents one day of price movement.

🟢 Green candle: Price closed higher than it opened.
🔴 Red candle: Price closed lower than it opened.
