Binance sponsored one of the largest tech summit held in Hazara University. The event was fabulous. Many students from different cities of Pakistan participated in the event. The purpose of the event is to promote tech, freelancing and blockchain education. I think Binance is doing its best to promote blockchain and web3 education.
