Alert⚠️: Bankrupt FTX won't be restarting, but former customers will get money back in full

In a recent hearing, an FTX lawyer revealed that the cryptocurrency exchange, now bankrupt, has abandoned its relaunch plans. Despite this, FTX intends to fully repay former customers, expressing confidence in having adequate funds to settle all allowed customer and creditor claims. Former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, convicted of defrauding stakeholders, led FTX into bankruptcy in late 2022. The lawyer clarified that FTX has no intention of restarting its platform, citing the diminished value of acquired businesses and a lack of interested buyers.
