The biggest realization is: the cryptocurrency world is not a casino, but a field for capital management and trend judgment. Here are the 7 principles I have earned with real money:
1️⃣ Capital division is the safety bottom line
Always divide the capital into 5 parts, only use 1 part for operations at a time. If a single loss exceeds 10%, stop loss immediately, never add more.
2️⃣ Trend trading, refuse to operate against the trend
Do not blindly buy the dip; pay attention to the retracement opportunities in the upward trend. The trend is your friend; going against it will only lead to injury.
3️⃣ Do not chase skyrocketing coins, protect your principal
Stay away from "star coins" that are too hot; it’s better to miss out than to buy high. Protecting the principal is the capital for recovery.
4️⃣ Skillfully use the MACD indicator
Use the golden cross below the zero line as a reference for buy signals, and the death cross above the zero line as a warning to reduce positions; combine with trends to improve winning rates.
5️⃣ Only add to profitable positions, do not average down on losing trades
Never average down on incorrect positions. Only add to positions that are already profitable; let profits run and cut losses in a timely manner.
6️⃣ Pay attention to volume to confirm breakouts
When breaking through key resistance at low levels, if the trading volume significantly increases, it often indicates the start of a real trend.
7️⃣ Bullish alignment of moving averages is a key signal
