The only lesson i learned from previous bull runs. Do not let sentiments get into your way. Make a plan and stick to it. You cannot earn millions by 100$ investment overnight. Be realistic.

Always look for small cap tokens if looking for short term quick gains. If coin has 1 trillion supply, in order to get to $1 price, it needs 1 trillion dollars which seems impossible in short term.
