In this current market, it is impossible to go Short on Binance. I have been trying and trying different strategies, but it is so manipulated that in a single operation, they can rise more than 1000% in minutes or days and not correct until many days or even months pass.

Definitely, the market has changed to Long, but it remains very risky; if you don't set a stop loss within seconds, it can drop. For now, I believe the best approach is to open two simultaneous operations, one in Short and the other in Long, what they call hedging mode, and execute both trades simultaneously. Never in more than 7 years that I have been in crypto have I seen such manipulation and such bullish and bearish force, millions of dollars moving in seconds. Definitely, this year has been very poor in profits; I will leave my aberration for Long and plan a combined strategy.

I lost $817 usdt 🤣 today. The strategy was good, I had written a bot for when the coins drop tremendously to gradually enter Long and take advantage of the rebound. In my experience, this almost always happens, but this time not a single one entered; about 20 coins entered, and my big mistake was doing it through futures. What a stubbornness to program it in futures and not in spot.

Since I withdrew usdt from my account a few days ago to send them to various sub-accounts, it didn't have enough coverage, and they liquidated it. Minutes after the liquidation, the tokens I bought went up by 300 percent. If I had done the same in spot, it would have been excellent profits. Lesson learned:

1. Almost always, a long is easier to lose than a short. I have lost in short but definitely, those losses do not compare to what I have lost in longs.

2. Don't go long in futures, especially when everything corrects. The best is spot for purchases.

That's how it goes; I lost about 8% of my portfolio. It may take a while to recover, but seeing how many traders who had hundreds of thousands of usdt lost everything, I feel it wasn't so bad for me. At least I learn from this, and I have already changed my buying bot when the market corrects a lot, from futures to spot 😎

I always wondered how the copy trader accounts of the best ones hardly lost anything and had brutal gains of 8000%. Today I see that even they are not untouchable and with just one bad trading day they lose everything and of course all of their Copy Traders.

$ALPINE incredible scam, I rarely go long, I prefer shorts more, but with the massive rise of many tokens on Binance, I went long on Alpine, pfff loss, I know there is volatility in trading but this is a planned pump and dump scam.
