That is an important development because late votes came in on the YES side, making approval look increasingly likely.

But what does v4.1.1 actually mean?

A software upgrade proposal is about improving the network's technical foundation. If approved and successfully implemented, an upgrade can help maintain compatibility, address technical issues, and support the continued operation of the Terra Classic blockchain, depending on the changes included.
