Lack of resolution and negligence by Binance support (Case ID #171727628 / Ref: CC10178206)
I’m sharing this case as a warning about customer service processes and incident management on digital asset exchange platforms, specifically Binance.
After experiencing a system error in the prediction market ("The Market order could not be executed"), the platform deducted assets from my trading balance even though the order was never executed. When I contacted the official support channel, the experience went from a promised solution to the company completely evading responsibility:
1. Refund confirmation: A first-line support agent verified the incident and explicitly confirmed that the "final resolution and proposed refund" were ready. However, due to a chat interface failure, the payment options never appeared.
2. Internal contradiction: When I escalated the case, support negligently changed its official account, claiming that the funds had never been withheld and disregarding what its own staff had previously determined.
Withholding a user's assets because of an internal technical failure and subjecting them to repeated bureaucracy to avoid issuing an already-approved refund seriously undermines trust in the ecosystem. I demand an immediate internal audit of the actual movements in my balance under Case ID #171727628 and tracking reference CC10178206.
