I looked through more than twenty posts. Point totals ranged from 0 to 4.5B, and several people said they were in the top 1% or top 2%. The problem is, the team hasn’t said a word about how points convert to RSGP. According to 0xKnownxd, the page won’t show how much you’ve been allocated until the 29th.

So right now, everyone’s showing off a number with no exchange rate. 4.5B points sounds huge, but in the end it might be worth a burger. Someone even asked in their own post, “Will I get a burger?”

These template posts serve a clear purpose: three days before the TGE, hundreds of accounts are giving the project free exposure, with most posts getting a few dozen views. The team doesn’t spend a cent on advertising.

Now, about the valuation. yellowpantherx, who has 160K followers, says the current valuation is too conservative and puts RSGP’s target valuation at around $50M FDV. In the same post, they admit they haven’t seen a Web3 game reach a $100M FDV in almost a year. Throwing out a number without a model isn’t research—it’s shilling. Someone in the replies also said it could replicate Axie. We all remember how the second half of Axie’s story went, right?

The usual on-chain game TGE script: points farmers sell as soon as they claim, and early allocations change hands in the first few candles after launch. If you genuinely like the game, wait until the allocation and unlock schedules are out, then see how things look a day or two after launch. If you’re only here for the airdrop, the moment it lands on the 29th is your exit point, not your entry point.

Starting around the evening of October 25 UTC, X was suddenly flooded with the same template: “My Cambria Journey so far”—points, chests, NFTs, Renown, and the same closing line: “RSGP token launches on Thursday, Oct 29th.” I scrolled through a bunch of them, and the points people showed ranged from 1.5 million to 4.5 billion—a difference of nearly 3,000 times.

But the card was missing the most important detail: how many tokens you’ll get.

There’s no conversion rate for points, and the total supply hasn’t been clearly explained. Some people say you can see partial supply data in the contract on Base, but even they admit it’s not definitive. You’re showing off a number that hasn’t been priced yet, while the team gets real exposure in return.

The replies are already turning into a fight. One guy said he’d racked up over 150,000 in trading volume in the arena, but his allocation was dwarfed by people who farmed 5,000 or 10,000 points and then went AFK. He summed it up with: “cambria is a joke.” That’s what happens with an opaque points system: who gets more or less all depends on how things are explained in the end—and the team always has the final say.

My stance is simple: don’t FOMO-buy NFTs to catch up just because of a card before Thursday’s launch, and don’t click any unfamiliar links claiming you can “check your allocation early.” Wait until the actual allocations, circulating supply, and unlock schedule are out before drawing conclusions. Points aren’t money, and sharing a card certainly isn’t.
