The market finally reacted to the growing conflict in the Middle East. Bitcoin dropped below $63,000 to around $62,793, while oil prices jumped as fears over the Strait of Hormuz increased.
At the same time, the US and Iran exchanged new attacks, making investors more cautious. Instead of buying risky assets like crypto, many moved their money into cash and the US dollar, which stayed strong.
Gold also failed to act as a safe haven, while most altcoins remained under pressure. The overall mood in the market has turned fearful.
My view: I'm staying cautious for now. I won't buy Bitcoin unless it climbs back above $63K with strength or finds solid support around $60K. Until then, it's better to wait and let the situation become clearer instead of rushing into trades.
