Depositing: go to Wallet, hit Deposit, pick your coin, and it spits out an address. Send funds there--and please double check the network matches. Wrong network, funds gone, no undo button waiting for you.
Withdrawing: same spot, hit Withdraw, paste the address, pick the network again, confirm with 2FA.
