The stash will be funded without straining the budget—exclusively through confiscated assets (including fresh $500 million Iranian crypto assets, Silk Road proceeds, and the Bitfinex hack).

In the long term, institutional recognition of 5% of the global Bitcoin supply by Washington will trigger an inevitable global race for sovereign reserves among central banks in other countries.
