Me, actually, in front of the Binance screen: I saw a green line, then a red one, with no clue why they move, but I keep staring to look interesting. 👁️👄👁️

The truth is, I hardly trade, and I’m just getting started. At first, it’s a little scary to see so many charts that look like an electrocardiogram. 📈📉

I’m just trying to understand basic things like:

Why did that green candle suddenly drop if it looked so happy?
What is a "hammer candle" supposed to do? Does it come with instructions or is it for fixing something? 🔨🤣
When am I supposed to switch my $USDT o $USDC to buy without panicking?

Yesterday, while everyone was talking about a "hammer candle" in Bitcoin ($BTC ) and Ethereum ($ETH), I rushed into the app and all I saw was a tool-shaped line that left me exactly the same. 🛠️🤷‍♀️ At least the price went up, so the hammer works.

I’m in a "trial and error" phase with Binance Academy, looking for my first real strategy.
