The September insider sale, where a director entity offloaded over 900,000 shares, pushed the price below both moving averages on below-average volume.

Q2 revenue rose 89.6 percent year over year to $117.1 million, and the contracted backlog hit a record $542 million, but the stock still trades below the ten-analyst consensus target.

Redwire remains unprofitable on a GAAP basis, and R&D spending runs over $12 million per quarter, so the volatility is partly structural.
