Everyone talks about buying.
Accumulating.
Getting in.
But taking your profits? That’s the hardest art in investing.

The rule I use—and that we teach at GoldenBridge:

Define your exit goals BEFORE you enter.
Not when the price goes up. Not when euphoria sets in.
Before.

+50%: I exit 20%. I pay back my initial investment.
+100%: I exit another 30%. The rest is playing with “profit.”
+200%: I reassess the thesis. I don’t let myself get carried away.

Rules set while you’re calm protect decisions made while you’re emotional.
