Pando Rings attacker has become active again after two months of silence. On-chain records show that it exchanged 3 million DAI for approximately 1,570 ETH via the CoW Protocol, and then split the amount into 8 transactions to transfer 800 ETH to Tornado Cash, with a value of about $1.52 million.
The address is linked to the November 2022 Pando Rings oracle manipulation incident, during which the protocol suffered losses of about $20 million. This swap and withdrawal activity is concentrated on the ETH chain, and remains part of the ongoing process of post-attack funds aggregation and anonymization.
ETH is currently quoted at 1,912.1 USDT on Binance’s spot market, up about 2.03% over the past 24 hours. So far, the on-chain fund movements have not produced a directly verifiable causal relationship with the price.
