GM ☕️ OpenSea's CMO Adam Hollander got real in an interview with @TheBlockCo, saying, "NFTs are not digital casinos; the next wave will be driven by tokenized Pokémon cards, Rolexes, and tickets."

Translated, that means: PFPs aren't making a comeback; it's time to dive into TCG RWA to save yourself 🤪. OpenSea is just pivoting now—aren't they a bit late to the party?

I feel that the hype around TCG tokenization is more about speculation than the narrative itself. The reason physical TCGs hold value is not because of the 'on-chain' gimmick; it's due to the decades of transaction history in the traditional market. Tokenization just adds a liquidity entry point.

But I have to admit, Web3 projects getting involved will bring real heat to TCGs—like the recent explosive rise of Van Gogh skins, which was largely due to 9GAG's MemeStrategy 🤣.

So while I may not agree with the stance, it's a good thing that the market is moving.

GM☕️ PTCG MEGA Pre-constructed 100 Battle Collection will be re-released at Japanese convenience stores.

Last December, the first edition sold out instantly and has since been at a premium, with unopened packs selling for ¥3,000 (the original price was ¥891). The re-release schedule is as follows: 4/21-22 7-11, 4/28-29 Family Mart. Rakuten is also running a lottery reservation, and Amazon has resumed selling at the original price.

100 different numbered constructed decks will be randomly included, with the main value looking at these few numbers:

No.001 (Gold): Super Charizard Y ex MUR Gold Card
No.025: Pikachu ex SAR (Pre-constructed Skin)
No.032: Lilia's Clefairy ex SAR

Among the 100 numbers, only these few are grand prizes, and the probability of pulling them is very low (you need to first pull a shiny card deck 🤣. Especially the pre-constructed skin I want the most (No.025), which has skyrocketed, with the price at shoe stores reaching around $4,400.

I've heard that the card opening experience is very poor because the current trend is to weigh packs, so most of the 100 pre-constructed decks you can buy at secondary markets have already been filtered out 😮‍💨. I urge the card pool @Renaiss Protocol to add a few more pre-constructed skins so I can buy one!
