$IQ bias is on the long side, but I won’t chase this one. A full 1-hour candle from 06:00, moving from 0.000900 to 0.000992, up 10.22%. Trading volume was about $231k, which is 19.3× the roughly $12k of the previous hour. The four 15-minute closes were 0.000906, 0.000946, 0.000940, and 0.000992 in sequence. It’s not a single needle—spot bid liquidity really is getting passed along in a relay.
The contrast is that Binance currently has no IQ USDT-quoted perpetual contracts, and Alpha also has no IQ. This move can’t be explained by funding rate, OI, or liquidation charts; the driver is closer to pure spot frontrunning/accumulation. The upside is that there isn’t overcrowded contract longs. The downside is that there’s less leverage to push continuously—after topping out, it relies more on real executed trades. The Fraxswap IQ/FRAX main pool price differs from Binance by less than 1%. On-chain liquidity is about $1.92M, and there’s no abnormal cross-market premium.
I’m only waiting for a pullback to 0.000938–0.000950 to hold, or for a 15-minute candle with heavy volume that closes above 0.001000. If the 1-hour candle closes below 0.000900, the breakout is invalid.
