DCG's Zcash miner, Fortitude Mining, announced a merger with a med-tech company, gearing up for a reverse merger to hit NASDAQ, ticker TUDE 🚀

After the news dropped, HSCS stock skyrocketed over 50%, but what about ZEC's price? It's down almost 7% in the last 24 hours, hovering around $422, and it's been in a pullback for nearly a month now😅

But don't be too quick to go short — ZEC's institutional progress lately has been pretty impressive:
🔹 Grayscale applied for the first privacy coin spot ETF (ZCSH)
🔹 SEC closed its investigation into the Zcash Foundation earlier this year, no penalties issued
