While the Stonkfly project attempted to trade $BTC , fruitfly.trade takes the concept further: leveraging a digital simulation of a fruit fly's brain to execute automated memecoin trades.

Technical Architecture & Decision Logic:
The system is built upon the mapped neural network of an adult fruit fly, consisting of roughly 166,700 neurons.
Buy decisions are directly tied to the activation of two Fdg neurons associated with feeding behavior, while sell orders trigger via four MDN neurons responsible for the fly's backward escape response.
Before neural activity executes a trade, automated filters parse new liquidity pairs based on available liquidity, buy/sell taxes, developer token concentration, and contract security.
No profitable track record has been established. As of reporting, the simulated fly's automated wallet had yet to execute its first live on-chain transaction.

This represents a fascinating crossover experiment - neuroscientists mapped a connectome, and the crypto space immediately gamified it into an automated liquidity pool trader. Whether biological neural networks can navigate high-risk, low-liquidity memecoin markets remains entirely unproven.
