JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon is expanding an initiative that brings together more than 40 companies from the finance, energy, telecommunications, and transportation sectors to strengthen security in the face of the advance of artificial intelligence. The goal is to create a cooperation framework to identify risks, share information, and develop protective measures for critical infrastructure.
The initiative will be carried out through the Alliance for Critical Infrastructure (ACI), an organization co-founded by JPMorgan, and it includes collaboration with U.S. government agencies to increase resilience against cyber threats and AI-related vulnerabilities. The expectation is that the framework will be fully operational by the end of 2026.
