To me, it's clear that there's NO JUSTICE left in this country. It's INCREDIBLE how part of society is so coldly blind to tolerate blatant corruption. Seriously, it's blatant corruption! The president of the 3rd house, the congress, who also presides over the senate, blocking the CPI – why? HE SIMPLY REJECTED HIS DUTY. Once there are more than 171 signatures from lawmakers, THE CONGRESS PRESIDENT IS OBLIGATED TO READ THE AGENDA to initiate (or not) the matter at hand.
