According to Binance’s official announcement dated 2026-09-14, this solution is aimed at wallets, exchanges, dApps, payment service providers, merchants, and digital platforms. The core idea is to require less setup from scratch—directly embed Binance’s infrastructure to plug in “buy crypto / on-chain payments / programmable payments” into your own product workflow.

A rough breakdown:
· On-Ramp: Buy crypto and receive supported on-chain tokens directly within your product journey. Per the announcement, it covers 400+ crypto assets and 100+ fiat currencies.
· Pay On-chain: Use Binance account balances for wallet top-ups, funding deposits, and merchant payments. If the target asset isn’t available, the workflow supports conversion or topping up with funds.
· Agent Pay / B402: Provide API access and on-chain automatic payment for AI agents and applications’ digital services. The settlement assets are specified as USDT, USDC, U, and USD1 (BSC).
