The rebound comes after the conflict in Iran made oil more expensive and increased bond yields 🛢️.
For a $450,000 home (with a 20% down payment), the monthly payment rose to $2,363 ($207 more than in February).
At the same time, the Case-Shiller index recorded a 1.5% year-over-year increase in home prices 🏘️.
