1️⃣ Funding up to $75M/year: Crypto projects can offer coins to raise up to $75 million per year without registering as securities.
2️⃣ Special Exemption $5M: There is a one-time exemption for a maximum of $5 million over a period of 4 years.
3️⃣ Coins will be declassified!: If the team develops according to the contract and builds the system/product, the token will be "declassified" immediately.
4️⃣ Override state rules: State rules will be overridden for the sale of coins under this rule to use the same standard across the country.
5️⃣ Still required to disclose information: Despite the exemption, the project must still transparently disclose important information to investors.
