My personal analysis of today's market situation 👇
The market dropped 1.18% today, and the market cap fell to $2.14 trillion. This drop is specific to crypto only; it has nothing to do with U.S. stocks.
What do I think caused it?
What happened is a classic liquidation of futures.
More than $18 million worth of Bitcoin positions were liquidated in just 24 hours. And when the large positions get liquidated, the price drops—whether it likes it or not.
On top of that, there was news about a Coldcard wallet vulnerability, where they lost $88 million. That made people fear, and the Fear Index dropped to 32.
My analysis for Bitcoin:
The important zone right now is $61,000 - $61,100.
If we break above it, the natural rebound should be to $65,000.
If we break it downward, we need to prepare ourselves for $57,000.
Summary of my point: this is not a collapse—this is market cleanup, removing people who entered with high leverage. If you're buying spot and holding like I do, there’s no reason to be afraid.
This is my personal analysis, not investment advice.
